CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens. If you find you need to cancel, Sherpa Packers is happy to work with you, within reason. If the cancellation request is 45, or more, days out from the event, Sherpa Packers will refund your reservation cost minus 10% for the bank processing fees. Cancellation requests received 14-44 days from the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received 8-13 days from the event will receive a 25% refund. Cancellation requests received within 7 days from the event will not be eligible for any refund. Release Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity  In consideration of the acceptance of my reservation, I, the undersigned, for myself, my family members, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns hereby fully release, discharge and hold harmless Sherpa Packers, LLC. (SPL), any sponsors, owners and operations of motor vehicles and officers, directors, employees, volunteers and leasers of any of the foregoing persons, or entities from all liability, whether resulting from negligence of any aspect of SPL. I authorize and consent to persons employed or contracted by SPL, whether by videotape, film, newsprint, written advertisement or otherwise, of any materials containing my name or picture and I release any sponsors and persons acting under authority from any claims I might have due to initial or subsequent publication of any such materials or photographs. I acknowledge that if my photo or name is used in such materials I will not be receiving any compensation whatsoever. In the event the event does not take place or has changes and/or additional fees due to some unforeseen events, acts of God, or any reasons beyond SPL's reasonable control the money paid to SPL will not be refunded. I agree that SPL is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I hereby certify that I have fully read and understand foregoing release, waiver and covenant not to sue, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that my tent might not be available to me until 3pm each ride day. I have read and understand the cancellation policy. I understand my reservation is non-transferable. I understand that my reservation fee, as well as all other fees are non-refundable after the due date for any reason, work or medical included.
